In Zurich's Enge neighbourhood, in the inner courtyard of an apartment building dating back to 1904, new living space is being created by converting a rear extension. A total of six residential units offer three different typologies: a loft, a 2-room flat and compact studios.
A shared outdoor space, with a newly created entrance from the courtyard, connects access to the building with the street, creating a clear address.
